A scheduled service-night example

From opening doors to last call.

Each atmosphere scene becomes the active brief at its scheduled time. Announcement groups can run alongside the scene without changing its musical direction.

01 / Soft Open

Warm and spacious

Familiar textures, lower energy, and enough room for guests to settle in.

02 / Warm Dinner

Confident and conversational

A steady groove, comfortable vocals, and periodic welcome announcements.

03 / Evening Lift

More momentum

Raise energy gradually while preserving the scene’s genre and brand boundaries.

04 / Wind Down

Signal the transition

Bring energy down intentionally and make the final stretch feel designed.

Practical deployment

Venue questions

Designed to remove uncertainty before the demo.

How much control does the venue keep?

The host defines each scene, schedules scenes and announcement groups, sets Scene Flex and guest skip thresholds, and can change the active direction or end the session.

Can we run different scenes for different dayparts?

Yes. Named scenes can be placed on the weekly calendar for selected days and start/end times. The Default scene fills periods when no scheduled scene is active.

What do guests actually do?

Guests join through a QR code or link. Their ratings, skip votes, question answers, and special-occasion context can inform later choices without becoming an unrestricted request list.

Can announcements be scheduled too?

Yes. Announcement groups can run periodically between start and stop times or at specific scheduled times, with configurable voice, prompt, tone, length, sequence, and optional guest question.

How is licensed music played?

MoodStir is designed to integrate with Soundtrack Your Brand for licensed commercial playback through the venue’s existing audio system.
